Un locateur ne peut pas, sans l&rsquo;autorisation pr\u00e9alable du locataire et un pr\u00e9avis suffisant, entrer dans le logement.<\/p>\n<p>Le locateur a le droit de v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;\u00e9tat du logement, d&rsquo;y effectuer des travaux et, dans le cas d&rsquo;un immeuble, de le faire visiter \u00e0 un locataire ou \u00e0 un acqu\u00e9reur \u00e9ventuel. Cependant, le droit de visiter et\/ou d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der au logement doit \u00eatre exerc\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re raisonnable.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les visites d&rsquo;un locataire ou d&rsquo;un acqu\u00e9reur potentiel, le locateur doit donner un pr\u00e9avis verbal de 24 heures et obtenir le consentement du locataire vivant actuellement dans le logement avant d&rsquo;entreprendre une visite. Les visites doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es entre 9h00 et 21h00.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les r\u00e9parations, le locateur doit donner au locataire un pr\u00e9avis verbal de 24 heures et entreprendre les r\u00e9parations entre 7h00 et 19h00.<\/p>\n<p>Dans des circonstances exceptionnelles et urgentes, un locateur peut acc\u00e9der au logement sans l\u2019autorisation pr\u00e9alable du locataire pour v\u00e9rifier la situation et tenter d&rsquo;y rem\u00e9dier.<\/p>\n<p>Le locataire ne peut pas refuser l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au logement.
