Par cons\u00e9quent, les copropri\u00e9taires doivent exercer leurs droits sans porter atteinte au droit de jouissance d\u00e9tenu par d\u2019autres copropri\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque copropri\u00e9taire est responsable du travail effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 son unit\u00e9 et est responsable de ceux qui occupent l&rsquo;unit\u00e9, comme un ami, une famille ou un locataire. Si le travail accompli dans une unit\u00e9 viole le droit de jouissance incombant aux autres copropri\u00e9taires, ou cause un pr\u00e9judice, le copropri\u00e9taire en question pourrait \u00eatre tenue responsable pour les dommages caus\u00e9s.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Il est donc recommand\u00e9 que les copropri\u00e9taires:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Obtiennent l&rsquo;autorisation du syndicat des copropri\u00e9taires avant d&rsquo;effectuer des travaux de r\u00e9novation, de r\u00e9paration ou de construction;<\/li>\n<li>S&rsquo;assurent que de telles r\u00e9novations n&rsquo;entraveraient pas la destination de l\u2019immeuble;<\/li>\n<li>S&rsquo;assurent que le travail effectu\u00e9 ne cause pas de pr\u00e9judice aux autres copropri\u00e9taires, ou autres occupants de l\u2019immeuble; et<\/li>\n<li>Obtiennent une assurance habitation sur leurs contenus et d\u00e9coration int\u00e9rieure, en plus d\u2019autres polices assurance telles que pour les vices cach\u00e9s, les titres et l&rsquo;assurance contre des dommages potentiels aux autres copropri\u00e9taires lors de travaux de r\u00e9novation ou de r\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Les copropri\u00e9taires ont \u00e9galement l\u2019obligation de collaborer avec le syndicat des copropri\u00e9taires et les travailleurs quand des travaux sont n\u00e9cessaires pour pr\u00e9server l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de l\u2019immeuble, m\u00eame si ces travaux doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s a l\u2019int\u00e9rieure d\u2019une partie privative appartenant \u00e0 un\/une copropri\u00e9taire.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les copropri\u00e9taires sont \u00e9galement responsables de la contribution requise aux <a href=\"https:\/\/staging.schneiderlegal.com\/fr\/la-copropriete-divise\/\"><u>charges communes<\/u><\/a>\u00a0convenues lors de<a href=\"https:\/\/staging.schneiderlegal.com\/fr\/la-copropriete-divise\/lassemblee-annuelle-des-coproprietaires\/\"> <u>l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e des copropri\u00e9taires<\/u><\/a>.
