et<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">C)<u> Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments collectifs<\/u>: Les int\u00e9r\u00eats g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de tous les copropri\u00e9taires et si ses int\u00e9r\u00eats sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s et pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La fonction de la destination de l\u2019immeuble est double, en lequel\u00a0:<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1) La d\u00e9claration de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 ne peut imposer aucune restriction aux droits des copropri\u00e9taires, sauf celles qui sont justifi\u00e9es par la destination de l\u2019immeuble, ses caract\u00e8res ou sa situation;
