L\u2019ordre du jour<\/u><\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9claration de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablit l&rsquo;ordre du jour de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e des copropri\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ordre du jour d\u00e9crit le sujet \u00e0 discuter lors de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e des copropri\u00e9taires. Les copropri\u00e9taires sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer au processus d\u00e9cisionnel \u00e0 travers l&rsquo;exercice de leur droit de vote inh\u00e9rent \u00e0 leur fraction de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derniers peuvent avancer une proposition \u00e0 l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e des copropri\u00e9taires. Il\/elle aura cinq jours apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9ception de l&rsquo;avis de convocation pour demander que leur proposition soit ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du jour,<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> lequel modifi\u00e9 sera ensuite distribu\u00e9 \u00e0 tous les autres copropri\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n<p><u>II. Proc\u00e8s-verbal de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e des copropri\u00e9taires<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Les proc\u00e8s-verbaux rendent compte de toute les d\u00e9cisions et r\u00e9solutions entreprises lors de l&rsquo;assembl\u00e9e des copropri\u00e9taires. Le format habituel pour les proc\u00e8s-verbaux comprend le nom du syndicat des copropri\u00e9taires, l&rsquo;heure et l&#8217;emplacement de l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 la r\u00e9union a eu lieu. Le proc\u00e8s-verbal doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis et le texte doit \u00eatre clair pour qu&rsquo;ils soient fiables.<\/p>\n<p>Un enregistrement du vote et des d\u00e9cisions prises est conserv\u00e9 par le\/la secr\u00e9taire et une r\u00e9solution est r\u00e9dig\u00e9e.
