et<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Entreprendre les travails de construction n\u00e9cessaire pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des copropri\u00e9taires et leurs invit\u00e9s, ainsi que pour \u00e9viter la d\u00e9gradation de l\u2019immeuble.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Si autoris\u00e9 par la d\u00e9claration de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9, le syndicat peut:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demander aux tribunaux d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir ou ali\u00e9ner des parties privatives, communes ou autres droits r\u00e9els;<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Demander aux tribunaux la resiliation du bail d&rsquo;une partie privative;<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Demander aux tribunaux une injonction pour ordonner un copropri\u00e9taire de cesser une action, ou pour exiger l\u2019ex\u00e9cution d\u2019une obligation,<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a> y compris le <u><a href=\"https:\/\/staging.schneiderlegal.com\/fr\/syndicate-of-co-owners-and-payment-of-the-common-expenses-and-registration-of-a-legal-hypothec\/\">non-paiement des frais de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9<\/a>;<\/u><\/li>\n<li>Demander aux tribunaux d&rsquo;ordonner la vente d&rsquo;une fraction appartenant \u00e0 un copropri\u00e9taire;
