La tendance jurisprudentielle indique que les tribunaux tiennent les vices \u00abapparents\u00bb comme \u00e9tant \u00abcach\u00e9s\u00bb lorsque le vendeur enfreint son devoir de bonne foi par le biais de son comportement.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par cons\u00e9quent, le vendeur est assujetti \u00e0 une obligation de transparence lors de la n\u00e9gociation. Un vice apparent associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des informations fausses ou trompeuses le transformera en vice cach\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 divulguer de l\u2019information et les fausses d\u00e9clarations par le vendeur peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme \u00e9tant des comportements dolosifs, viciant ainsi le consentement de
